Delivery Playbook · Services
How the playbook adapts to each service
Which roles lead, and what changes, in each of TechSoft's five services.

AI Product Engineering →
Business Analyst and Designer lead early; Tech Lead owns architecture; short sprints with frequent demos; QA automation built alongside features.
Application Modernization →
Architect leads an assessment first; tests are added around existing behavior before changes; incremental releases with cutover and rollback plans.
AI Workflow Automation & Integration →
AI/Data Engineer and BA map the workflow and baseline; Security defines permissions and approvals; behavior is evaluated and monitored in production.
Quality Engineering & AI Governance →
QA and Security lead; baseline of coverage and defects; quality gates added to the pipeline; AI-use rules documented and reviewed.
Continuous Product Engineering →
Delivery Lead and Engagement Manager run a monthly cadence; Support & Operations handle incidents; roadmap, reliability and technical debt reviewed monthly.
Engagement models
| Model | Use when | How we run it |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-scope discovery | The problem or system is not yet well understood | Short, senior team; ends with a recommendation and plan |
| Paid pilot | You want proof on one real workflow or module | Time-boxed; clear acceptance criteria |
| Milestone-based delivery | Scope can be defined with confidence | Deliverables and acceptance agreed up front |
| Monthly engineering | Continuing roadmap and product ownership | Stable team, shared backlog, monthly review |
