Phase 1 - Accelerating Product Delivery
TechSoft embedded 3 senior full-stack engineers (React, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker) directly into the client’s product team to accelerate feature delivery without the delays of in-house hiring.
Working within the client’s Agile process, the team quickly integrated into daily operations and began contributing to new features, integrations, and platform improvements.
Phase 2 - Strengthening Product Experience
As delivery accelerated, TechSoft identified an opportunity to improve how features were designed before they were built.
A UX/UI Designer was embedded into the team to validate requirements, refine user journeys, and align stakeholders before development – reducing ambiguity and minimizing rework.
Phase 3: Scaling Quality & Operations
To support long-term product growth, TechSoft expanded the team with QA and DevOps specialists, completing a multidisciplinary delivery capability.
With engineering, design, quality assurance and DevOps working as one team, the client could scale delivery confidently without building a larger in-house organization.
