Trading Hub – Your Ultimate Marketplace Experience Unleashed

To facilitate a more sustainable and enjoyable shopping experience for individuals by encourage them to buy, sell, and trade their fashion and home decor items. The application needs to create a unique experience with a user-friendly interface that encourage users to trade item on the platform.

CHALLENGES

Navigating the complexities of buying and selling numerous items poses challenges for both parties. Our proposed e-commerce app addresses this by providing a user-friendly interface with distinct categories. Sellers can showcase products effectively, and buyers can efficiently explore specific categories, streamlining the process of discovering and managing diverse items. With features like secure transactions and personalized recommendations, the app aims to create a seamless marketplace experience for both buyers and sellers.

OBJECTIVES

TechSoft and our clients intend to build an innovative digital marketplace that promotes circularity in fashion and home decor. It empowers users to buy, sell, and trade items sustainably, giving unused belongings a second chance and encouraging a more environmentally friendly approach to shopping. Users can also utilize their old items as a form of payment, creating a vibrant community focused on sustainability and enjoyable shopping experiences.

OUR SOLUTIONS

TechSoft offers a platform where users are able to explore the world of shopping just by three movements: Swipe, Scroll and Search. Our users will download the app free of charge from the App Store or CH Play and access our vast selection of unique items. Swipe through, scroll, or use the search function to find the perfect match. We also propose the “Place an Offer” function: When a random ad catches our users’ attention, they are able to bid by using their own items, money, or a combination of both, providing flexibility and options. Besides, to “Execute the Deal”, users can engage in direct chat with the other party within the app. Discuss the details, arrange a meeting place, or even book transportation to finalize the transaction seamlessly.

THE RESULTS

Android App:
The Trading Hub Android app is built using Kotlin. Leveraging the Jetpack Compose toolkit, a modern UI framework developed by Google, our developers have created an efficient and visually stunning user interface. Jetpack Compose expedites testing processes and promotes code consistency through a unified codebase, minimizing the chances of errors. The app is compatible with devices running Android 7.0 (Nougat) and above, encompassing over 95.1% of Android devices worldwide.
iOS App:
The Trading Hub iOS app is built using Swift 5, with a minimum development version of 15.0. Employing the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design pattern, our development team has created a robust architecture that enhances code modularity, maintainability, and testability. The MVVM pattern enables distinct layers with in the app, reducing code complexity on the Views and ensuring clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
