A Connected Patient–Clinic Experience

Fertility treatment involves patients, healthcare providers, appointments, medications, lab results, consent forms and countless details that need to stay connected.

To bring these moving parts together, our client set out to build a unified digital ecosystem that connects the entire fertility treatment journey — from patient-facing experiences to clinic operations.

TechSoft partnered with the client to bring this vision to life through integrated web and mobile applications, connecting patients and clinic staff in one ecosystem and keeping the workflows, information and interactions they rely on in sync.

Empowers patients with seamless access to their personalized fertility journey, medical updates, and care schedules.

Patient Portal (Web & Mobile App)

Enables clinics and healthcare providers to manage patient profiles, complex treatments, appointments, medications effortlessly.

An Agile Way of Working

To ensure seamless execution, rapid delivery, and complete alignment across both web and mobile platforms, TechSoft employed an agile and highly communicative workflow:

1 - Clearing up questions upfront

We clarified all business logic and functional requirements upfront prior to development to establish a clear roadmap. By leveraging Slack for real-time messaging, we resolved questions rapidly to eliminate ambiguity and maintain high project momentum.

2 - Reviewing designs before building

We reviewed and approved all designs before starting development to stay on the same page. Sharing daily design progress helped us spot blockers early and keep design work on track.

3 - Showing progress continuously

We shared quick video demos as soon as features were ready to get feedback right away. Every two weeks, we sent out a new release with clear notes so team members could test the app easily.

4 - Talking through changes proactively

We brought up new ideas and change requests as soon as they came to mind. By agreeing on priorities and next steps together, we made sure every change added real value before writing new code.

We make good software that contributes positively to the world.
