Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Senior Front-End Engineer / Front-End Tech Lead to embark on the journey with us and take part in the development team!
You’ll have at least 5 years of experience working with front-end development, preferable with ReactJS, have mindset of clean-code, and good English communication skills. You are responsible for gathering requirements, defining functionalities, writing code, and testing software properly before deploying. As a result, together with our development team, we build high-quality and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical designs. On the top of that, you will lead our front-end development team.
Responsibilities
- Lead our front-end development team and provide technical solutions
- Analyze requirements, design, and programming and perform testing based on design
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively with other team members
- Be proactive, assertive, professional, and providing constructive feedback
- Involve in troubleshooting / blocking issues
- Owning and working end-to-end on applications
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance
- Documenting application changes and developing updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a ReactJs developer.
- Based knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
