Job Description:

TechSoft is a fast-growing software company based in Da Nang, Vietnam, dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are launching a new product, and we’re looking for a Sales Marketing Executive with a strong marketing background to drive its success. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our newly launched product.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize product positioning.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.

  • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to measure effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product goals.

  • Represent TechSoft at industry events, networking opportunities, and product showcases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT/software industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, and lead generation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
