Job Description:
This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in both IT Infrastructure and DevOps. You will support daily IT operations while also assisting with DevOps practices such as cloud environments, automation, and CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure
- Assist in managing cloud resources and help track usage, inventory, and cost-related data.
- Support hardware and IT asset management: preparing devices for employees, logging asset information, and coordinating basic troubleshooting or repairs.
- Help administer internal systems such as Jira and Confluence, including account creation, permission setup, and basic configuration tasks.
- Monitor server or system health dashboards; report issues and support first-level troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining office Wi-Fi networks, documenting issues, and coordinating with service providers when needed.
- DevOps Support
- Assist in maintaining cloud environments, especially on AWS (Azure exposure is a plus).
- Support the setup or improvement of CI/CD pipelines under guidance from DevOps Engineers.
- Help configure or operate monitoring tools to track system health and performance.
- Participate in troubleshooting incidents or performance issues in collaboration with senior DevOps members.
- Contribute to documenting deployment processes, configuration steps, and system runbooks.
- Work closely with the development team following Agile/Scrum workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and cloud fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git and scripting basics (Shell/Bash/Python is a plus).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Interested in cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to follow technical guidance.
- Good problem-solving mindset, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with team members, clients, and management to explain technical issues
