Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate HR Intern individual to join our team. We’re looking for a young, friendly, people-oriented person with strong English communication skills
You thrive in a collaborative environment, are eager to learn new things, and aim for excellent results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate logical thinking, proactivity, and an open mind for learning.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Help with job postings (enfue, LinkedIn, Facebook); join the recruitment cycle, including contact with candidates for phone screening and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Prepare welcome boxes and seats for new members
- Employee Engagement Activities: Assist with organizing internal events (monthly Jamboree) and company events (Company Anniversary)
- Employer Branding: Logistic arrangement for product launching events; support in promotion activities for TechTalk Series – Open Day
- Employee Benefits: Help monitor employee welfare and benefits
- Administrative Support: Assist with procurement, office supplies, and supervise office facilities
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HRM / HR Lead
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent graduates or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related majors and ready to work for 3-6 months fulltime internship
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Open-minded, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Assertive, proactive, and able to work independently, requiring supervision only for complex tasks
- A passion for working with people, marketing, and employer branding
- Basic design skills for creating media publications (posters, banners, slides, video etc.) using Canva/ CapCut/ Clipchamp etc
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
