Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to embark on the journey with us and take part in our team.
You’ll have at least 3 years of experience working as Business Development, demonstrate good English communication skills, and have a knack for managing your time and priorities. Most of all, you thrive in a collaborative environment, you’re not afraid to learn new things, and you aim to have excellent work results. The perfect candidate will also have logical thinking as well as proactivity towards problems, passion for excellence and an open mind for learning.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential partners within the IT Industry, leveraging a strong network.
- Propose and negotiate creative win-win partnerships with new partners, project integrations, communities, and more
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking activities to promote our company’s brand and forge new partnerships.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working Marketing / Business Development in IT Industry
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
