Job Description:

At TechSoft, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance through multiple communication channels (email, chat, and calls).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while documenting solutions to enhance our knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
  • Stay up to date with our products, new features, and enhancements to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to enhance the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain patient and empathetic.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software and tools.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and eager to grow.
