As the Lunar New Year, or Tet, arrived early this year, TechSoft embraced the festive spirit with our highly anticipated New Year Party, themed Happy Tech 2025. Inspired by traditional Lunar New Year, the event celebrated Vietnamese traditions while marking the start of an exciting new chapter for our company.
Many TechSofters embraced the festive spirit by wearing ao dai, Vietnam’s traditional attire, which added an air of sophistication and cultural pride to the celebration, perfectly capturing the essence of Tet.
To set the tone for the evening, we hosted engaging lobby activities that brought everyone together:
- Design Your Own Lì Xì: Team members got creative, crafting personalized lì xì (red envelopes), symbolizing good luck and prosperity.
- Drawing Fortune Sticks: Each person drew a fortune stick, revealing messages of hope, luck, and encouragement to start the year on a positive note.
- Our CEO delivered an inspiring speech, reflecting on the achievements and challenges of the past year while sharing aspirations for the future. shared goals and the bright opportunities ahead.
Celebrating Excellence: Honoring Our Most Outstanding Team
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the “Most Excellent Project Team” award. This recognition celebrated the hard work, collaboration, and success of the year’s most outstanding team, inspiring everyone to continue striving for excellence.

Lotto: The classic lotto game added excitement and friendly competition, with lucky winners taking home prizes and smiles.
