Doing More by Living a Better Way: Our Servant Leader Huy Nguyen began by underlining the importance of mental health, which is as essential as physical health. He encouraged people to love themselves first and take small steps to change to a better lifestyle that not only improves the body but also nourishes the soul.

Doing Less for Mental Health: Huy Nguyen shared a thoughful quote, “Worrying does not take away tomorrow’s troubles. It takes away today’s peace.” He went into detail about the negative effects of excessive worry and stress, giving attention on the significance of mental refreshment. Through some suggested ways to break the worry habit, he advised us to control the external and internal relationship, because somehow the surrounding relationships also affect each person’s mental health
