Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate System Admin Intern to embark on the journey with us and take part in the development team.
For whom looking for a young, demonstrate good English communication skills, and have a knack for managing your time and priorities. As a System Admin at TechSoft, you will support patch management and system maintenance tasks. Most of all, you thrive in a collaborative environment, you’re not afraid to learn new things, and you aim to have excellent work results. The perfect candidate will also have logical thinking as well as an appreciation for coding standards and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing tools to help automate processes and reporting throughout the company
- Monitor systems and troubleshoot identified issues
- Support account management; account creation, password resets
- Support patch management and system maintenance tasks
- Assigned other tasks and projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 4th-year students in (or relevant to) Information Technology major, ready to work for 3-month fulltime internship
- System Administration skills in Windows Server/Workstation
- Able to perform advanced troubleshooting techniques and recovery procedures on Windows Server
- Experience with account management and authentication/authorization software
- Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Open-minded, self-motivated and eager to learn new things;
- Assertive and proactive towards problems
- Can work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
