Job Description:

Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Benefits
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee experience.
- Plan and organize company events and monthly Jamboree (birthdays, anniversaries, and cultural events) to strengthen team spirit.
- Support well-being initiatives such as mental health programs, wellness activities, and work-life balance strategies.
- Administer and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with employee needs and company policies.
- Assist in evaluating and improving HR policies to support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and oversee healthcare benefits, annual check-ups, and well-being initiatives for employees
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination of offers.
Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment channels.
Internal Communication & Office Administration
Ensure smooth and transparent internal communication, keeping employees informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
Create engaging content, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Take care of the Office and IT facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in human resources in IT field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
Open-minded, self-motivated and eager to learn new things
Assertive and proactive towards problems
Can work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
Have passion in working with people and team spirit
Design skills of using media publications (posters, banners, PowerPoint slides,.) on Canva, Photoshop, AI and video making
